CRIM status

“CRIM status” is based on in silico prediction of the CRIM status unless experimental data is provided in the column [Biochemical evidence of CRIM status].

Please note that both alleles determine the CRIM status of a patient:

• 2 CRIM-negative alleles result in a CRIM-negative patient,
• 1 CRIM-negative variant plus 1 CRIM-positive variant result in a CRIM-positive patient,
• 2 CRIM-positive variants result in a CRIM-positive patient.
